The heavy-duty BendPak Blue-Bullet exhaust pipe bender includes a die package and dual-function end-finishing unit for precision OE expansions and flares.
The Blue-Bullet BB-2 uses a knee valve and degree plate for straightforward operation. The knee-operated valve provides hands-free bending control: push the lever left to advance the bending die and right to retract it. Heavy-duty cast-iron construction is designed for repeated shop use.
Twist-lock tooling and quick-change bending dies reduce setup time between bending projects.
Available 180-degree dies support bends beyond 170 degrees on a 5-inch radius. The relief-cut die design helps maintain pipe uniformity and reduce excessive crimping or deformation.
The machine includes 3-inch bending capacity. Step-cut die rails better contain larger tubing for more uniform bends. The unit can also expand and flare tubing.
The extended 14-inch top cylinder reduces the need for pusher-block extensions on small-radius dies and retracts to provide more clearance for changing dies or removing bent tubing.
The clampless swager delivers more than 30,000 lb. of force for end forming. It supports I.D. expansions, O.D. expansions, slip-fits, flares, ball joints, reductions, and manifold flanges. Quick-release tooling and narrow hinged collars simplify setup.
The internal segment expander supports I.D. expansions, O.D. expansions, slip-fits, flares, ball joints, and manifold flanges. A single arbor is used for tubing sizes from 1.5 to 3 inches. A centrally positioned control handle operates the double-ended cylinder.
