Description
3-Button Control Automatic Pipe Bender with 302 Die Package
The BendPak 1302BAS series is comprised of powerful automatic exhaust pipe benders designed to expedite the bending process. A convenient, space-saving, side-loading swager includes a die package and dual-function end-finishing unit for extremely precise OE expansions and flares.
A Semi-Automatic Pipe Bender for Speed and Consistency
Quick-Change Bending Dies
With simple, twistable locks and quick-change bending dies, you will be cycling through bending projects faster than with conventional tooling.
180-Degree Bending Capacity
If you need to bend more than 170 degrees, ask about the available 180-degree dies. The dies bend on a 5-inch radius, while the relief-cut design helps maintain uniformity throughout the bend cycle and reduces excessive crimping or deformation.
3-Inch Bending Capacity with Die Kit
A 3-inch bending die is integrated into every pipe bender. BendPak uses a step-cut process for the die rails to better contain larger tubing and produce more uniform bends. The machine can also expand and flare tubing.
Long-Stroke Bending Cylinder
The extended-length 14-inch top cylinder does not require pusher-block extensions for small-radius die jobs. The cylinder can also be retracted to provide more clearance for changing dies and removing bent tubes.
Clampless Swager
The standard clampless swager delivers more than 30,000 lb. of force for precise end forming. It supports I.D. expansions, O.D. expansions, slip-fits, flares, ball joints, reductions, and manifold flanges. Quick-release tooling and narrow hinged collars help streamline setup.
Internal Segment Expander
The internal segment expander supports I.D. expansions, O.D. expansions, slip-fits, flares, ball joints, and manifold flanges. A single arbor is used for tubing sizes from 1.5 to 3 inches. A centrally positioned control handle operates the double-ended cylinder.
Electric Foot Switch
An independent remote foot switch supports manual bending while the operator stands in front of the bending head or up to 4 feet away.
